A day in the life:

Each shift will consist of warmly greeting customers, quickly and efficiently performing registration renewals- includes quickly checking out customers while managing cash and balancing receipts, maintaining accurate sales records, answering the phone, responding to emails, keeping the shop clean, and providing the best possible customer experience!

For maximum success, you should:

• Have prior customer service experience.

• Know how to navigate a computer and process payments quickly.

• Basic understanding in Gmail, Excel, and Word.

• Be a multi-tasker, a self-starter, team player, and a social enthusiast.

• Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Have a valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Standing for prolonged periods of time.

• Working outdoors in variable weather.

• The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone.

• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs.).

Job Types:

Full Time : 30 hours a week - five 6 hr shifts.

 

Hours:

Our shop is open Monday through Friday 8 AM - 6 PM and Saturdays 8 AM - 5 PM. We are closed Sundays.

 

Salary:

$14 - $15/hr (depending on experience)
